Phrasal Verbs

Phrasal verbs are verbs combined with prepositions that in combination have new meaning. These can be confusing, but they are normally learned through practice and understood in context.
Phrasal verbs often change meaning by country or region for example: Get on with in British English and Get along with for American English. The meaning is the same, but in this case the preposition is different!
